Provider Portfolio Images and Automated Presentation

NexSara manages provider card-image presentation as a marketplace quality function. We may use automated tools to assess the quality, service relevance, composition and suitability of eligible public portfolio images from published providers; select representative images; and create cropped, resized, compressed or otherwise optimized copies for provider cards and shared marketplace card displays. Original portfolio images remain unchanged. We use a service or category fallback when no image qualifies, and do not generate invented depictions of a provider’s work.

For this limited purpose, NexSara may send image copies, including proposed crops, and limited service-category context to authorized technology service providers, including third-party artificial intelligence services such as OpenAI where configured. Identity documents, verification evidence, private media and unpublished media are excluded from this process. Embedded file metadata is removed before external image analysis; visible information within an eligible image may still be processed.

Automated card-image presentation is a default marketplace function for eligible new and existing Providers once the applicable agreement transition, lawful processing basis and processor safeguards are in place. For existing Providers, NexSara uses the amendment and notice mechanism in the applicable marketplace terms only where legally permitted. This section covers portfolio images uploaded before its effective date only after NexSara has addressed its earlier privacy commitments, provided any required notice and completed the applicable agreement-version transition. Publishing this wording, continued use without a legally effective transition, or retaining an earlier agreement acceptance does not by itself authorize a new use of existing uploads. If a Provider, jurisdiction or image is not covered, that media remains excluded from external AI analysis; no separate provider opt-in or image-approval workflow is required to maintain the account or publication status. The same legal and media-eligibility requirements apply to subsequent uploads.

Optimized display images are stored separately from originals and delivered through our content delivery network. When a source image is deleted, revoked or otherwise becomes ineligible, NexSara removes its managed-card projection and initiates removal of the active optimized copies and cached versions. Cache removal and cleanup may take time. Restricted backup or noncurrent storage copies and necessary security or audit records may remain under the retention and deletion requirements described in this Privacy Policy; they are not used for public card display. Deletion of a source does not recall copies already sent to a processor or saved by another user.

Authorized image-analysis providers process this information on NexSara’s behalf for the stated purpose, subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, security and data-protection safeguards, including required international-transfer arrangements. NexSara does not authorize model training with images submitted for this process. Where OpenAI is configured, NexSara requests that responses not be stored for later API retrieval. This does not eliminate security or abuse-monitoring retention: under OpenAI’s standard API controls, limited data may be retained for up to 30 days, with longer retention where required by law or necessary for safety, including review of flagged image content. Applicable processor arrangements govern that retention.

NexSara controls card selection, cropping and presentation; providers retain ownership of their original content. This automated presentation process does not change provider verification, publication eligibility, service qualifications or search ranking. The separate optional AI upload/photo-verification feature remains disabled. File validation, ownership checks, duplicate detection and local QR checks continue. Historical privacy choices are retained and are not converted into a new permission grant. The privacy rights and contact procedures in this Policy remain available.
